

Since Sid is a garbage man in the same neighborhood he grew up in, it stands to reason that he never moved out of the city. There are also some other details about Sid's life that can be gleaned through his Toy Story 3 cameo. Now, he's getting paid to pick up items throughout the city and crush them with the garbage truck. It also somewhat makes sense that Sid would enjoy something like this, as he showed a habit of destroying things as a child. The former Toy Story villain appears to be very happy listening to music and collecting other people's trash. Being a garbage man might not seem like a glamourous job to most, but Sid seems to be enjoying it when he's shown in Toy Story 3. The Toy Story 3 Easter egg presents only a fraction of Sid's life after Toy Story, but it is better than nothing. This garbage man is Toy Story's Sid several years later and still wearing that same shirt from his youth. It is during this sequence that the garbage man can briefly be seen and sporting a black shirt with a white skull on it underneath his work attire. When Woody thinks that Andy's mom has thrown his fellow toys away, he races towards the trash to save them before the garbage truck comes.
